04:47 Spent the latter half of today annoyed at my left ear, which seemed to have gotten clogged at some point. #
04:47 Despite advice from several sources, I was convinced this was just some kind of buildup, and that an irrigation was needed. I was right! #
04:48 Finally got it unplugged a little bit ago. I'm dizzy and incredibly freaked out by every little sound now, but I'm very relieved. #
04:53 Time to continue my top ten games of the year with a great Bioware RPG - Number 6 is Dragon Age: Origins! #
04:53 This game is far from perfect. Graphically it looks very dated and a little lazy, and the combat is very old-school PC RPG stylin'. #
04:54 However, the voice acting, the story, the lore, and the overall package more than make up for any shortcomings. #
04:54 Mind you, I played this on the Xbox 360, but I liked it enough that for Christmas I asked for it for PC, which @blasphemerius got for me :) #
04:55 The PC version is far superior, of course. Regardless, DA:O on 360 is quite an amazing game, and, I hope, the beginning of a franchise. #

14:32 My favorite games of the year. #7: Gears of War 2!! Yes, I know this didn't come out in 2009, but like I said, I was late to the party. #
14:33 I had two copies of the game, one for me and one for my brother Steve, and we basically had put off playing it for a while. #
14:33 We finally got around to it, and it was worth the wait. The campaign was way better than the first game, as were the cover mechanics. #
14:34 The improved weapons and new features made the game feel fresh, yet still retained it's solid Gears flavor. #
14:36 Horde was both difficult and satisfying, and we plan to revisit the game to complete it on harder difficulties. Who wants toast!? #
19:01 I have a terrible headache and neckache, but I am cheered by the fact that our Bayonetta posters are here! Sexy... #

03:55 Took a break from TF2 for a bit to watch a movie (Star Trek on Blu-Ray - EXCELLENT), and I came back to have my best game of TF2 ever. #
03:57 Class: Medic. 5,762 healing in one life, 16 pt. streak on assists, 52 pts total for the round, 2nd place, w/out killing anyone myself! #
04:05 Speaking of games, continuing my top 10 games of the year is Number 8... Dissidia: Final Fantasy! Very fun and unique RPG/Fighter hybrid. #
04:06 Many did not like this game, but I personally loved it. I didn't expect the depth or strategy the game had hidden beneath the surface. #
04:07 In addition to the obvious fanservice, the game is a fun 3D fighter with natural RPG progress, gear, items, and unlockable abilities. #
04:09 There's so much to do and find in the game that I've played for 80 hours and still have so much left to uncover. I hope there's a sequel! #

00:53 Continuing my favorite games of the year, Number 9 is... DJ Hero! I was hopeful about this one from the start, and it didn't disappoint! #
00:56 Awesome mechanics like scratching, a crossfader and effects dial and a badass soundtrack made DJ Hero stand out from the music-game pack. #
